I wish I had a good answer for you. I’ve been trying to get my second payout from them but I can’t seem to get to my 300$ payout w/o running out of credits. So I bought more. Still can’t achieve the 300$ threshold. Then they say you gotta pay the Company that holds your commissions (Conversion House) 19.97 PER MONTH, and when you do, you’ll get 100K email credits extra. That hasn’t happened either. I’ve sent out 3 emails & still no response. Good luck with Cliqly.
Hi Kimberly! I was missing a payment for the longest time. I just kept trying to contact support until finally (after almost 3 months) the missing late payment landed in my account. Better late than never right. Except for that one late payment, all the others have been on time, every time. So, don’t give up. Persist with support submissions. Same as me ,been emailing them since Janauary ,told payment was sent out since nothing its not good even paid he $19.97 as well .10 Emails in total now ive sent, to ask about my payment my first cheque i had was 6 weeks late i had a struggle with that was well .But i put it down to me putting wrong banking details down in error so i took that on the chin, but this is poor customer service not to even reply to a email ,considering he is charging people this fee to take on more staff to deal with this issue .
